The 13th Royal Bison Craft & Art Fair Application Form • Holiday 2012

The Royal Bison is now
accepting applications for the 13th Royal Bison Craft and Art Fair –
Holiday Edition!

Applications can be made from August 15th until midnight, September 30,
2012. At that point, the Bison will consider all factors and come up
with a roster for the fair and inform applicants of the results.

The fair will be held on December 1 & 2, 2012 at the Old Strathcona
Performing Arts Centre building at 8426 Gateway Blvd in Edmonton,
Canada. We’re nicely close to the busy Strathcona Farmers’ Market crowd!
Hours are 10AM to 5PM on Saturday and 12PM to 5PM on Sunday. We expect
2500+ visitors over 2 days!

There are two table options:
1) HALF TABLE ($45.00 for 4 ft)
2) FULL TABLE ($90.00 for 8ft)
*Any additional space needed for racks, etc., must be deducted from the
vendor’s table space.

Payment is due after you have been accepted. We accept e-transfers,
Paypal and/or the archaic personal cheque for table fees.

Some things to note:
• Sorry, the Bison cannot accept one-day vendors.
• If you back out of the fair after you’ve been accepted, we will still
have to charge you for your table, and we may ask you to take a vacation
from the next fair.
With our new setup, backed-out on tables can go to
other awesome vendors on a wait list.
Admittance to the Bison is competitive!
Please note the Bison only has
space for roughly 70 vendors, and we regularly receive nearly double
that number of applications. Don’t let that discourage you, we do make
space for new vendors in every fair!
If you have any questions, just email us at [email protected]
Thanks for applying – we can’t wait to see what you’ve got for us this season!

Best,
Vikki Wiercinski
