The Best Part, Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery, Waterloo
Deadline November 1
During an interview, Robert Markle was once asked what part of his art was “Indian”. Markle’s answer was “The Best Part”. This exhibition highlights work in glass and ceramic by First Nations artists, drawing upon Markle’s answer as inspiration. This exhibition is produced in collaboration with ANDPVA (Association of Native Development in the Performing and Visual Arts).
Artists are invited to submit examples of work for juried selection.
Submissions can be made electronically to [email protected]. Please include no more than four images (include size, date and medium of each piece). Image size should not exceed 5 megabytes (MB) in total. Please include CV with contact information and artist statement.
