CALM IN CHAOS: Artist Reception and Talk by Baba Wague Diakite at 6pm, September 6th at Eutectic Gallery
In celebration of an amazing new body of work from East African Artist
Baba Wague Diakite, a reception with beverages and a talk by the artist will be held this Friday, September 6th at
Eutectic Gallery
beginning at 6pm. Wague will be discussing the large, featured black
and white platters and bowls he call “Calm in Chaos” and the stories
behind them, along with the current events of his native Mali.
10% of all sales will be donated to Ko-Falen Cultural Center
A non-profit near and dear to Wague’s heart, and ours as well; Eutectic
Gallery and Baba Wague will be donating 10% of all sales made on Friday,
September 6th to this fantastic group.

Creative Director – Ceramics Studio
Part Time Position
JamFactory is seeking an inspiring Creative Director to lead our Ceramics Studio.
The successful applicant will provide training and mentorship for
studio associates and effective management of the studio’s business
operations.
The position requires an excellent knowledge of contemporary ceramics, particularly within the area of studio production, as well as an established reputation in the field.
Applicants should have well developed craft, design and communication
skills and relevant studio, organisational and budget management
experience.
The role is part time (approx four days per week) and includes access to studio space and facilities outside of these hours.
