Curated by Queens College Professor Sin-ying Ho, the exhibition displays the art of contemporary ceramic artists inspired by Turkish culture and history. Ceramics is not only a material for sculpture, pottery, and architecture but also is a cultural material.

There is a gorgeous album of new soda work by Kenyon Hansen doing the rounds on Facebook and I just had to share it here as well. Fantastic surfaces and forms all round.
Why oh why do such things pop up right before the holidays? My wish list for Father Christmas grows longer everyday.
