Applications are open to all artists (fine-arts, crafts, design, sculpture, architecture, filmmakers) seeking an opportunity to present and realize a project in a rich cultural environment. Artists who have been working independently for at least two years may apply for an individual residential work period in A.I.R. Vallauris.
On admission, artists are provided with a private bedroom and workspace. The residence is equipped with a common kitchen for food preparation as well as a common dining area. Internet access is available from your own material through a WiFi connection.
Work studios offer facilities for working in clay including wheels and electric kilns, multimedia and painting.
There are several different residency phases throughout the year. An exhibition at the end of the residency phase gives the artists an opportunity to showcase their works created in residence to the local population.
We accept applications year-round. As we give priority according to application dates, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The next application deadline is August 31st.

Phase IV : Tuesday, 10 July 2018 to Friday, 10 August 2018
Phase V : Tuesday, 4 September 2018 to Friday, 5 October 2018
Phase VI : Tuesday, 23 October 2018 to Friday, 23 November 2018
