Summer staff at Watershed are responsible for the day to day operations of the house, studio, and grounds, and are an important resource to resident artists and visitors. Summer staff are expected to work an average of 30 hrs per week, attend weekly staff meetings and be available to assist residents. Summer staff receive free studio space, room and board along with a $2000 stipend.
Kitchen Staff: Prepares, cooks, serves (buffet style) and cleans-up 3 meals daily for 25-30 people; responsible for ordering food/shopping, budgeting & special event preparations.
Studio Staff: Responsible for material inventory; equipment, building and grounds maintenance and repair; have proficiency with propane & electric kiln firing; assist with special event preparations; help resident artists with studio issues.
House Staff: Greets new residents, cleans and maintains common areas daily and supervises resident assistants in house cleaning activities; cleans cabins between sessions.
Office Staff: Assists with administrative work including event planning, data entry, administrative organization and financial tracking. May also assist with housekeeping duties and kitchen prep/cleanup.

The summer work season runs from May 20-August 30th, 2014.
